I purchased the AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) on 3 May 2021,

When we try to activate the AVG VPN on our android phones, it won’t accept the activation code. Our phones are: Oppo A9, Android version 10 and Oppo A7, Android version 8.1. I have activated the AVG package on my MacBook Pro, my iPad mini and my husbands iPad.
Can you please advise why we are having difficulty with the activation code on our Oppo mobiles.
