Activation code not asked for during installation

Hi Karin,

I'll be glad to help you with activating AVG Internet Security.

Please open AVG Internet Security interface and click on My AVG > My Subscriptions > click 'Enter valid activation code'

Then, enter the activation code received in the order confirmation email.

I have just purchased AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) and was waiting to get the prompt about the installation code, but even after installation 3 attempts it never showed up.  Other than remote support, what do I do now?
