From your description, we see that an older version of AVG AntiTrack is installed on your computer.
The older version has 20 alphanumeric characters. Whereas, the new version can be activated using 18 digit code.

when I enter the code as per email I get an error message saying format should be xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx  but my code is not in that format
