Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG TuneUp, valid till 2020.9.25.
Please let us know what happens exactly while activating. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

I have been using AVG PC Tuneup for the past year, now that it expired, I went to get a new license locally. 
It's not accepting the license or validation code. Why?

Hi

Yes, I figured it out how to do it. I had to go to registration and do it from there and not from reactivate. 

Now I have to get the anti virus which will be up soon.
