I'm afraid you do not have an active subscription for AVG Driver Updater registered to the email address that you used to contact us here.

It looks like you are using the activation code of AVG TuneUp on AVG Driver Updater, which will not work.

HI Everyone, 
I have a very simple question: My activation code, valid until September 2020 as per the record on my account did not work when I tried updating drivers on my computer. Is the activation code asked for in this case a different one from the one shown under My Subscription? If so where can I find it?
