The code that you have bought for AVG Anti-Track product can be used on one computer.
Hence, if you have already used the code on one of the computer, then it can't be used on the other PC.
Similarly, if you reinstall the program on the same computer and use the same code, then it would definitely show the message as code already been used.
In your case, we have internally made necessary changes and you can now use the code to activate your AVG anti-track subscription.

After installation of that program on the stage of Wellcome it asked me for the activation code that was include in the email send to me at the time of the renewal.
I copied it and paste but the responde is that the same has already been used. The activation code is the same than the previous year.
In other opportunity said "avdto.cloudapp.net: codido de error 90.
I have unstalled and reinstalled it so many times following all yours indications but i am so tired and feddup. I am using all these app from you: AVG Interne Security antivirus, Tune Up, Secure VPN: Password Proctetiom and Avgantitrack.
Besides Avg.es as a solution wants that a pay for another copy and in euros. I have only one PC.
Please I believe a deserved you AVG give a solution to this situation.

We'd be glad to clarify your concerns.
We're aware that you're using 1 windows PC and it looks like due to some temporary error, you have faced issues. Glad to know that everything is fine.
Since the activation methods/license number differ, some programs will not appear in "My Subscriptions" window of AVG Internet Security. The license number for AVG AntiTrack is different from the other programs, hence it is not appearing under 'My Subscriptions' page. This is the usual behavior.

Thank you very much. I have checked thorougly and it seems that everything works like used to do before.
I remind you that I have only 1 PC and that I followed all the steps that the system was telling me to do in this PC.
You can check my AVG ACCOUNT to look for the 5 active subscriptions that I have.
I am wondering why in the window screen of my AVG INTERNET SECURITY appears only 4 of those subscriptions but not the AVG ANTITRACK one.
