On each occasion that I am asked for the code it gets rejected. Have checked the code to ensure i am typing it crrectly but still rejected, using both hyphens and excluding them. On some descriptions it asks for Activation code, on others it asks for Product code

Please confirm if AVG TuneUp or AVG PC TuneUp is installed on your PC.
If AVG PC TuneUp, I would like to inform you that it is the old version and I request you to uninstall it from control panel and install the new version.
