Look, I purchased the antivirus for my pc back in Oct 2018 (ORDER # 10306751210) and a few week later it was cancelled (I received a confirmation email). Even though, on Sept 22 2019 I was charged on my Visa card ending 7456 the amount of approximately $63.00. Therefore I said to myself " what the hell, I'll use it now". The problem is that despite I have an account on my mane, I do not have the ACTIVATION CODE. So, having the account canceled ( MESSAGE FROM AVG: Thank you for your order from AVG Technologies on October 7, 2018.We have not yet received payment during the past 3 days and your order has been canceled) I was charged anyway and on top of it, I cannot use it.
HOW CAN I GET EITHER THE ACTIVATION CODE OR A REFUND? Please help
