Are you getting any error message while trying to enter your activation code?
If yes, please share us the screenshot of that error message in order to understand better and resolve it.

I purchased AVG today and downloaded on the internet, but it would not accept my activation code. I have been unable to find my way back to where I can re-input the code originally supplied. I double  checked the code when it was input and it was correct. 
It appears that you have my money, but I do not have AVG anti virus . Please advise how this can be rectified.
