Activation code

Hi all how someone can help got avg internet security again the Paid one and followed the instructions and when i go to activate my key i keep getting ( sorry something went wrong ) any ideas?

Upon checking your account, we found that the license wasn't synchronized to your account.
We've manually synced it. Please attempt to activate the program using the code that has been sent to you via email & let us know if it helps.
