Activation Codes Not Working

I've been sent two different activation codes from AVG and none of them work so far.
Already uninstalled and reinstalled app again. Still receiving "Sorry, something went wrong" message with both codes.
I received order confirmation email but purchases and subscriptions are not reflected in my AVG Account. Using the correct login info.
Support keeps sending me the SAME INSTRUCTIONS over and over.
Feeling extremely frustrated with AVG. I've been a client for years.
