Activation & Contact Problems/Reinstallation Issues

My AVG won't reactivate, even with a valid license number.  The "Contact Support" page on the AVG website also doesn't work for me.  It keeps prompting me to fill in all fields, even when all are filled in.  I have tried to uninstall AVG but the process cannot complete because I get an error message that I do not have the proper permissions to disable the firewall.  Because AVG isn't running and I don't have a dashboard, I can't disable the firewall the normal way.  I've been a loyal AVG subscriber for years, but my patience is wearing thin.  Please help - thanks!

Hello Scott, I apologize for the inconvenience and difficulties caused while reactivating your AVG program. I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install.
