I cannot install PC TuneUp. I downloaded the installation file, using the link provided in the email sent by AVG. When I open the installation file, it takes me "Activate your subscription " window. I enter my user name and password and then click on the "ACTIVATE" button. A message the appears below the "ACTIVATE" button stating "Please connect to the internet", but I am connected to the internet. I have restarted my PC, same problem. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so did you find a solution?
