From your description, we assume that you're using an older version of AVG AntiTrack.
In this case, we'd request you to uninstall it & use this link to download it's latest version. After installing the latest version, check if the issue persists.
Regarding your AVG Secure VPN, let us know what exactly happens when you try to activate it.
Did you get any error messages?

Many thanks for your reply.
I have proceeded as per your instructions, used the link, and installed the latest version.
The problem is not sorted, I have received an activation code of 18 figures (3 groups of 6) but request 5 groups of 4 , total 20. There are 2 figures remaining.
Kindly let me know how to solve the issue.

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi, I cannot activate my AVG VPN nor my AVG Antitrack. I have received after paid by email just 3 groups of six figures/letters (total 18) but is requesting the following format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (24 symbols).

Please check my order (Order Id redacted) I have received a serial number of 18 symbols, not 20 as requested at the activation stage.
