Hello Fiona, for this AVG Performance program that uses the AVG Zen interface doesn't have any license number or doesn't need of any license number to activate. It's activation is just by installing Zen and logging into Zen network using AVG my account username and password and your subscription will be automatically recognized. Could you please confirm me that you have already installed AVG Zen interface so that I can assist you accordingly?

I just recently bought PC Tuneup Pro on special. Then I downloaded Zen, which seems to include Performance Pro.
Now these 2 programs want my activation key but I haven't been given one and can't retrieve one. When I try, the response I get ' your email address is not known'
Can you help me please, the whole thing is very confusing.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Before proceeding with installation of AVG performance, you need to uninstall all other Tune up programs. I request you to re-install AVG Performance program to fix this issue. Please run Tune up remover tool through the following link "http://avgread.me/1FOTkaB" and uninstall tune up components.
