Initially, it isn't recommended to share the account/order info over this post. Reason being, privacy concerns.
AVG Internet Security is a protection program that helps to protect the computer against emerging threats & hackers.
Whereas, AVG TuneUp is an optimization tool that helps us to enhance the computer's performance.
As AVG TuneUp isn't included in AVG Internet Security, it needs to be purchased separately & activated, in order to fix the detected performance issues.

I paid $74.99 CAD for AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device)  on Feb 20, 2020. I received an activation code and used it. When I run the Smart Scan I am told that I need to pay $78.96 CAD for AVG Tune-up (Multi-Device) to clean up my performance issues.

Am I doing something wrong, or do I need another AVG product?
