Activation of AVG Internet security

Hi Terry,
Sorry to know that. We request you to follow the below steps to activate AVG.
1. Please open AVG and check if it is AVG Internet Security.
2. Click on Support (present at the top right corner of AVG window).
3. Click on Activate or Reactivate option.
4. Enter your license number and click on Activate.
5. AVG will be activated and you can check the expiry date in the Support tab of AVG.

I bought 12 months license on Internet Security and Tune-up. Still getting messages that i have 28 days left! I guess its because i haven't yet activated but there is something wrong that prevents this. Following the guide to achieve activation, I get to clicking on 'options in top right corner of the window, but the word 'activate' is not present! FYI, I started with AVG Free, but upgraded when I paid up! Can anyone help, please?
