I have been using the Norman Security Suit.  As directed, I have paid for renewal of license from AVG. I am unable to activate AVG and norman throws the message that, my license is due for expiry.

My Order No. is 701-7530858 and payment has gone from my credit Card.

You may look into the matter and guide me how to activate AVG in my system
