I have been speaking to a supporter and we got locked out.
I was explaining that I have paid for a licence No IMPOP-FI6AM-CVVSP-QXGE9-3PMV6-CWAZY
I received a notification to activate this , which I thought I had done on 13.2.18.
I have now received another request to activate and that has not worked.
