We will help you sort it out. You have received instruction to activate our old/previous version of AVG Internet Security. To activate your AVG Internet Security, open it > My AVG > My Subscription > use license option to activate it.

I recierved an email from AVG as follows, if I open AVG there is no Support icon unless I click on menus and when I press on support there is no where to enter the licence number. Help!!!
