Activation of my 'Internet Security'

I cannot activate your paid AVG Internet Security on my computer. I have not been able to activate the product since January 18, 2023, when I purchased it. I think there is a problem with the activation code you informed to me… I downloaded the INSTALLATION file of the product I purchased and installed it in accordance with your instructions. After restarting the computer, I click the AVG shortcut. My new subscription appears in the drop-down menu, but when I click the "SWITCH TO THIS SUBSCRIPTION" button, I get an "EXCEPTIONAL ERROR OCCURRED" warning. When I try to use the product by entering the ACTIVATION CODE, I get the message 'Sorry, something went wrong!' Please solve this problem. I have used AVG products for years with confidence and without any problems. I want to continue in the same way. Best wishes. AYDIN ARICIOGLU
