I understand your are unable to activate AVG Password Protection. Please open the AVG Zen interface(Dashboard) and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option. Please click on your email address, select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated.
There is no "connect" menu on the board.
