Activation of subscription of AVG ultimate from free trial download

Are you sure that you purchased our AVG Ultimate multidevice program from Cleverbridge or is it any other AVG program?
Please informed that this multidevice program doesn't have any product key, it has only activation code which is to be registered on our retail website and only then you can install the program.

Please help with regards the above.

After installing the free trial I decided to purchase the AVG ultimate from Cleverbridge online.

However, I cannot activate the product key as no option is given to do so.
