We understand that you have tried activating the AVG TuneUp subscription and getting error message. 
We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Could you please provide us the operating system name and version of your device that you have tried activating? 
Also have you activated the AVG Tuneup subscription previously in any other device.
We request you to uninstall and reinstall and check again.

2)Restart your device.
