Activation of VPN and password protection

May I know if you can access your AVG MyAccount on the web (https://myaccount.avg.com/en-us/my-account-login). If no, then please try to reset your AVG MyAccount password by clicking Forgot password.

I have paid for these items and can not get them activated it keeps saying my e-mail and password is wrong I used them to get into my account and they worked I have had an e-mail saying that my payment was successful.
