Thanks very much Krishnan - I've just tried this but the image exceeded 1Mb so could not be uploaded.

Thank you Avinash. I re-installed as requested and enterend the authorisation code OK, and gave full disk access. However, when I tried to install the new helper tool it would not accept my password and I could not initiate AntiTrack.  I tried my computer password and my AVG password several times, and restarted my computer, but all to no avail.

Please advise.  Thank you. Doug.

I have just subscribed and downloaded AVG AntiTrack on my iMac. When I click on Show AVG AntiTrack at top right of screen it does not take me to the welcome page with the Next button so that I can enter the authorisation code. Instead it takes me to the screens within AntTrack.

How can I put in the authorisation code to fully activate the AntiTrack?

Doug, we appreciate your efforts so far.
Could you clarify what is the new helper tool that you are trying to install?
Are you being asked to enter the password when tried to open AVG AntiTrack? Please share a screenshot (https://bit.ly/3hmUdkG) of the password request window.
