It could be possible that you were using an older version of AVG PC TuneUp which is no longer available now.
I have sent an email containing instructions to get connected with our remote assistance team.
They will be happy to help you with installing the latest version of AVG TuneUp and activate it.

Hello, my well activated TuneUp is disactivated by its own long before the expiration date that is on 7/29/2021 12:00:00 AM.
One month has ben passed since I'm trying to put my license code back in the application and I keep receiving the following message: "Sorry. our servers aren't responding now. Please try again later",
And, even if I received my license code using my e-mail, it does not appear in my list of applications! So weird.
I hope you can solve my problem, if not I want my money back. Thank you.
