Activation problems

I paid for the following protection for 2 pcs: Internet Security, TuneUp, Secure VPN and Driver Updater. I cannot activate the Driver Updater and the TuneUp. 
Also, I believe that I already had te TuneUp protection so that the purchase 1 dat ago is superfluous.
Can you help with activating the TuneUp and the Driver Updater on both my pcs?
Also, refund the proceeds for the recent TuneUp, since I already have it?
