I already asked the question below and received a comment from an agent back with the request If I can upload a screenshot. I did this in an answer to the comment, however I dont see it back.
So hereby the problem I have with the screenshot.
Ow, Apparenty I can only upload a picture in this question when I have an URL!? How can I get the screenshots too you? Is it possible to call because this does'nt seem to work via this platform?
I bought the AVG Ultimate and received the license key. However, when I go to the mentioned website avg.com/code and I fill in the key, nothing happened after I click the button " confirm code". I get a white screen and no possibility to download I checked with multiple computers and different browsers. I think I must get directed to the download page but that doenst happen. What goes wrong?
