On 12th November 2019 I downloaded and installed AVG PC TuneUp and tried to activate with

 Activationcode:  B54PKZ-WSXM22-494752  as mentioned in your email!

Respons was "" No valid Activationcode""

Plse give me a solution. - Thanks in advance - Robert
