Hi.  I want to put AVG Internet security, Password Protection and Tune up on my wife's computer.

All successful. However she inadvertantly accepted a free trial of Internet Security, so now she has the one I subscribe for, as well as the free trial one.  We can't find a way to deactivate the free one.  Can you fix that for us?  Also VPN got loaded, which I thought was for single use, but it says it is available for use if she wants it.  Can she?

Jon, you can just activate the paid subscription from the trial version.
Open AVG Internet Security program on your wife's computer.
Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions" and check under "Other available subscriptions".
If it shows your paid subscription of AVG Internet Security, then click on "switch to this subscription" option available near it.
You have AVG Secure VPN - Windows subscription whose active log in can be done on only one computer.
If you see the option to activate the VPN subscription on your wife's PC, proceed with that and check whether it could be turned on both the PC's at the same time.
If you wish to cancel the auto renewal service for the trial signed up on your wife's account, do share her email address through the email that we sent earlier.
