I have a paid version of the AVG computer security including AntiTrack, Antivirus, password Protection, Tune Up etc. I have been working with the Tech team from Fidelity.com about an error that prevents me from installing their Active Trader Pro software. I am running an HP Laptop 15 with 12 GB, 64 bits and an Intel processor i5-8250U @ 1.60ghz. Windows 11 home version 21H2.
Tech tech team from Fidelity believes that the installation file that is downloaded from Fidelity to my computer in order to install the software needs to be included in AVG's list of accepted files for installation to prevent the error that I keep encountering when I try to install this much needed investing software.
Are there any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
