ActivityInput.dp - how to remove threat?

Initially, could you let us know what exactly happens when you try to delete the 'ActivityInput.dp' file? Do you receive any error message?

Also, has the file been quarantined by AVG?

AVG has resolved several threats, but it is not removing this particular one.  I have clicked "resolve selected" multiple times, but just cannot seem to get rid of it.  Is there a specific way to get rid of specific threats that AVG will not resolve?
