Updated the AVG as you suggested still doesn't appear in the browser. Your update on 2/8/2021 apparently removed this setting. Updating didn't fix this problem.
I have the same problem, when I go to the Security & Privacy Center there is no ad blocker to turn on or off.

This recent reported disruption of the AdBlock feature being removed from AVG Secure Browser, is a known disruption, and was temporarily removed by our development team due to necessary browser maintenance.
To be assured, this is a temporary disruption, and the AdBlock feature is expected to be automatically reintroduced to the browser, likely next week.
