Hello Emad,
We're sorry to hear this.
We suggest you follow this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=AVG-Reset-browser) to reset your AVG Secure Browser.
Thank you.
Greetings.
I was using the AVG Secure Browser in Private Mode with YouTube videos when the browser crashed. I rebooted my MacBook and restarted the browser and went back into Private Mode and went back to the YouTube video I was watching. I made sure the Adblock setting was turned on which it was but every video now forces me to watch adverts. Why is the browser failing now after it crashed and how can I get it to work like it did before the crash?
Thanks in advance.
Truly,
Emad
