Hi Jacquie, let us do a complete reinstallation of AVG product in your Android device. Please install all the AVG products from your device and download AVG AntiVirus free from Google Playstore. Then open AVG AntiVirus->click on three lines at the top left of the home screen ->AVG Account-> Enter your MY Account email address and password. Check if you are able to login successfully. If you still have issues, please share the screenshot of error message. Thank you.

From the screenshot you shared, '.com' is missing in the email address you entered. Please enter complete email address and try again.

I don't know what Zen Interface is I am talking about AVG Internet Security. I have tried everything you suggested and for some reason I can't log in with email on my tablet it keeps saying the email address and password are wrong. Clearly they are not as I am using this facility now for which I have to be logged in.
I have spent hours trying to sort this out and am losing the will to live. Can you suggest what the problem might be as it makes no sense to me.
