I understand the inconvenience.
The reason for this situation is because AVG Zen app for Android reached its EOL (End of Life).
Only from Zen app you can enter the invitation code that was sent from admin PC.
If you have purchased AVG Ultimate Unlimited subscription then you can install both AVG Antivirus and Cleaner on your Android by following below steps:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG antivirus.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
I downloaded AVG antivirus to my wife's phone. Instructions for Zen say to click on enter invitation code. But I cannot find that option anywhere!
- Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.
You can check the Android device status by visiting my.avg.com website.
