Add Family Member option missing in my AVG Ultimate

We're glad to help you with this.
Currently, Family sharing option is available for AVG Internet Security MultiDevice & AVG TuneUp MultiDevice.
We plan to allow Family Sharing for more AVG subscriptions in the future.
However, if you prefer, we can send you an email including the articles to install, activate AVG Ultimate, which you can forward to your family member & ask them to follow those steps to protect their devices.
