Hello Bharath,    thanks for your last reply and the follow-up but for some reason I still don't see those 2 emails received in my inbox - spam folder.

Also, I have logged into my subscription account, and again I don't see my registered AVG VPN Secure under account terra . . . . ???

Can you provide assistance and some explanations ?   Where those 2 emails that were previously sent, which indicated my change request was completed, carrying the correct email address ?

Hello Support team member for my AVG VPN Secure las purchase January 27 2020,

I would like to move my last licence / product purchase I made January 27, 2020 of AVG VPN Secure under a given email address (ref.  [email address removed])   . . . to the email address for which I made the registration  (ref. [email address removed]).

As you may be aware, that would allow me to see my purchased product under my registration account.
