As a software developper, we are unable to submit via your online form https://www.avg.com/de-de/false-positive-file-form because of 2 softwares are 70 MB each (your online limits to 50 Mb)

This page https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-FTP-file-upload&supportType=home indicates that we could upload a zipped or (7z) password protected archive to an FTP server REQUIRING credentials which are (received after joining the Whitelist Program)…
But, we couldn't find how join the Whitelist Program…

Any help would be much appreciated to upload via FTP our 70 MB.

I'm afraid, there is no account to upload a file in our AVG database for analysis.

I used an FTP client and connected SUCCESSFULLY to ftp.avg.com using the credentials as indicated in the article you mentined.
Once I upload the file, what will be the next step ? Should I send an email or should I post a question in here ?
