I was charged in the bank a payment of € 69.99 from DRI * AVG Technologies FOR AN ANTIVIRUS THAT I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BUY AND WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION. I need a refund and support.

You have been charged EUR69.99 on 2nd March 2019 for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) (2 years) license whose first purchase (17th March 2017) had auto renewal enabled.
An email notification was sent prior to let you know about this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process refund for this charge as it doesn't come under our 30 day refund policy.
However, we have cancelled its auto renewal service. Hence, you will not be auto charged further.
This product will help you to speed up your computer and doesn't protect the PC from viruses or threats.
