Added subscription is not added to MyAccount

I understand your concern. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Ultimate valid till 2021.9.9. Please send us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot where it shows there is no active subscription in your account. We will check the same and escalate this to the concerned team.

I have purchased a two year AVG Ultimate as an extension to my present license period. 

However, neither the one active now, nor the added two year added subscription is visible on MyAccount. 

I believe I have done something wrong. I need your advice what to do. 

I have activated my unique code for the added two years that looked like this format. 
XXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX.
