Adding a new device

Can any one help!
I have deleted an old device out of my list of devices on Zen, but when I try to ad a new one I don't get the email to connect it.

We're afraid as we've stopped the distribution of AVG Zen.
If the program is installed on your computer, then it would not obtain the latest patches & results in malfunction, incorrect reporting.
Hence, we'd recommend our users to upgrade to the latest version of AVG program.
