To install AVG antivirus program you have to first remove all traces of McAfee security program.
Please use this link: http://us.mcafee.com/apps/supporttools/mcpr/mcpr.asp to download the McAfee removal tool.
Complete the removal of it and then go for AVG installation.
As per our record you have purchased the subscription for AVG Ultimate multi-device (1 year subscription) and it expires on 12th October 2017.

Trying to add AVG to a laptop which now has McAffee.  AVG on desk PC shows laptop added; however, the download files  did not complete on the laptop. Do i start again from the beginning?  Thank you.  Harris Johnson
