When I try to complete downloading of the antivirus software to my new laptop I get the message '0XC0070005 the added waitable object already existed in the collection'.i have tried a couple of times but with no success. Please help. Thanks.

Download the correct bit(32/64bit) version from INSTALLATION FILES (PAID VERSION) tab.
