Hi, we have purchased a licence for 3 computers last month and paid the full amount. Now we added a new staff member to our firm and therefore needed to add an additional device. However, now I purchased 1 more licence and all of a sudden I lost the 3 I already purchased previously.

I do not want to buy 4 licenses AGAIn as there is no option to add a device to your license. I already paid for 12 months in my first transaction. How can I get the 4 licenses I bought up and running?

Or how can I get in touch to get an anwser? I tried calling, I opened a support ticket but no response for a week and a half.
