Adding an exception

Hi Gary,
You can disable AVG so file is not deleted, create exeption and than enable AVG back.
Thanks

That's the problem I'm having.  I can't create an exception because it expects to find the file.  I can't get the file on there because AVG makes me delete it.

Hi I'm having an issue with AVG wanting to remove a file that I need to connect to work.  It's not like a file from Cisco and it won't let me select the option to keep it.  It always deletes it.  I also tried adding an exception, but that doesn't work because unless the file is physically on the hard drive it won't add it as an exception.  Does anyone know of a way to get around this?  I need to login to work with my PC and AVG isn't allowing it.

Thanks,
Gary

Hi Avinash.  The file is csvrelay64.dll.

I tried that as well, but it won't disable either.  It just asks like nothing has changed.  It doesn't give me the option to re-enable.  It acts like nothing happened.

Hi Gary,
You should receive offer for free remote assistance with this issue.

Just to be sure AVG can not be disabled? or You don't know how to restore file(https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?&urlname=How-to-restore-or-remove-file-from-the-Virus-Vault&l=en_US)?
Thanks
