I am sorry to hear that. It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot of "Untrusted sim" warning message to check and assist further.

Trying to include my android phone with my renewed subscription and only see the free version with ads and an upgrade option.  Shouldn't this be covered with my renewal? Also, when I open the app on my phone and click on the phone icon, I now see an "untrusted sim" warning.  When I try to mark as found, it will not clear the message.
