Adding another device to my account

My wife bought a new laptop that came with Mcaffee. I already have AVG on my laptop and am listed as just one device on the account. Since you advertise that you can add several devices to one account, how can I add her new laptop to my account? She may have inadvertently subscribed to you already with a different account. Can we fix that?
