I understand the difficulties. I see that you have AVG Internet Security license for 5 computers valid till 1/7/2019. Also, see that you have contacted the sales team regarding this. Please let me know if the issue is fixed after restarting your computer.
Regarding the product not visible in Myaccount issue, please provide the screenshot [ http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of My products tab and My order tab to check and escalate the case.
I'm attempting to add another device to my account (I am not maxed out, have several remaining). I've downloaded the software, opened up about/subscriptions and logged into my account. It does not seem to recognize the subscription, still says I have a trial version set to expire. I have almost 2 years left on the subscription. Is related to major system change? I can't see my subscription online either, though I have the invoice that confirms it was purchased.
